Quick guide for workflow:
1. Create course channel (and subchannels) and groups. Please follow the naming instructions! Alternatively, you can reuse the previous year's empty channel and rename it and unarchive it ( suggested!).
2. Ask students to log in to Zulip so you can add them to the channel with the downloaded SIS2 list.
3. Every post must have a topic. Create some general topics beforehand to keep your channel organised.
4. After the courses end, move them to the archive to automatically remove them from subscribers.
