Project deadlines

• 8 September: teams formed
• 25 September: 1st iteration (two weeks)
• 16 October: 2nd iteration (three weeks)
• 13 November: 3rd iteration (four weeks)
• 11 December: 4th iteration (four weeks)

''Note: There is no need to explicitly submit anything at the end of an iteration. All you have to do is to ensure that the changeset corresponding to your iteration is tagged with tag "iterationX", where X is the iteration number (e.g. "iteration1"). Also, make sure that all the documents are in the Wiki, and that the issue tracker is up-to-date.

Other deadlines

• 24 October: Intermediate demo day
• 17 November: Select a project to peer-review
• 27 November: Peer reviews due
• 11 December: Peer-review responses due
• 20 December: Final Demo Day

All deadlines are set to the 08:00 in the morning (EEST). By default, we will grade the material that you have in your collaboration infrastructure as of the deadline. If you want a deadline extension, you need to explicitly ask it from your mentor. The mentor will apply the following penalties:

• Up to 24 hours late: score is reduced by 20%
• 24-48 hours late: scored is reduced by 40%
• > 48 hours late: 100% of the points deducted.
  • You can still continue participating and get a positive grade, but the points for this milestone are lost.
