Important Dates (TBD)

• Early bird registration: June 30th (Sun)
• Notification: July 5th (Fri)
• Late registration last deadline: Aug 4 (Sun)
• Poster abstract submission deadline: August 10th (Sat)

Fees

The participation fee is 300 EUR for early bird and 380 EUR later.

Fee includes:

• the school materials,
• full board and lodging for the duration of the summer school,
• transportation to and from Tallinn and Tartu by bus.

Students are expected to contact their supervisors or department heads about covering the registration fee. The doctoral students of the Estonian Doctoral School in Information and Communication Technology do not have to pay a registration fee (please mark that you are an IKTDK student to the payment comment line when registering).

Payments

Payments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

• For credit card payments please fill in the form (either pdf or doc) and send it to esscass@ut.ee.

Organizers will e-mail You pank statement to confirm Your credit card payment.

• For payments via bank transfer please send an e-mail with Your full name and adress to the organisers (esscass@ut.ee).
  We will e-mail You an invoice with all payment details You can use to make the payment.
