Reading Tests
There are 15 reading tests in total, for each it is possible to obtain maximum 1 point.
Reading tests as well as the reading materials are available in moodle.
Reading Test 1 - deadline: 19.02.2019
- Goldberg Book, chapters 1-5:
- Part of this material, especially chapters 2 and 3, should be quite familiar from the Machine Learning course.
- Chapter 4 should also be at least partly familiar.
- Chapter 5 contains practical tips about training deep neural networks. These tips should still be quite relevant and up-to-date, even though the field is in very rapid development. For those who have never trained a deep learning model before, these practicalities may feel too abstract at this point but that's ok. You may want to read this material again when you get more hands-on experience.
