Important Dates
The summer school will host around 80 attendees in total, including participants, invited lecturers, and organizing staff.
- Early registration deadline: 15th June
- Late registration last deadline: 2nd of August
- Poster abstract submission deadline: 7th of August
Fees
- The participation fee is 400 EUR per person for early bird and 600 EUR per person for late registration.
Fee includes:
- all events and full catering related to summer school
- the lectures and materials
- accomodation
- bus transport to Lainela Resort and back

PhD students and PhD supervisors from other institutes of the University of Tartu

- Participation is covered by the Estonian Doctoral School.
Must be covered independently or by you
- PhD students and participants from foreign universities: please check with your university, faculty, or supervisor for possible funding options.
- If no funding is available, the participation fee must be paid personally.
Accommodation
Accomodation is provided in Käsmu Resort in rooms for 2-4 people.
MSc students interested in research are also welcome to participate in the summer school and may get registration support from Estonian Doctoral School. University of Tartu students can contact esscass@ut.ee.
Payments
Paying by invoice
If your registration fee will be covered by your university (participants from foreign universities), please write in the registration form "In case of fee paid by supervisor, by yourself or organisation, who is the main contact? Name, e-mail, organisation." and add your supervisor/institute/university contact who is responsible for the payment. The administration of the summer school will contact your institute regarding the payment. If you will pay by yourself please write "I pay myself. I will send you my details for invoice by e-mail".

Photography and filming will take place during the summer school. By attending, you consent to the use of photos and videos for educational, communication, and promotional purposes.
