Tests
There will be 10 regular tests and one final test.
All tests are held in class on Mondays from 12:15-14:00 in 1019 and are paper-based. Tests must be completed individually: collaboration with other students or any external assistance, including AI tools, is not allowed.
Each regular test session consists of three parts:
- Questions: before the test, you will have a final opportunity to ask questions about the material. We strongly recommend asking questions in Slack earlier rather than waiting until the test session.
- Test: approximately 30 minutes completed individually on paper.
- Discussion: after the test, we will go through the questions and discuss the solutions together.
Each regular test covers material from the preceding lecture(s).
The final test is cumulative and covers material from the whole course.
If you miss a test, you normally can't take it later. However, if you have exceptional circumstances, please contact Lisa and we can discuss your case individually.
Please bring a pen to each test.
