Final written report: (deadline Friday, 17 January 23:59)
Submission rules:
Final report Your final report will begin with the background and initial plan you have already submitted. This document will also include your methodology, results, and analysis. What to do:
- Update your introduction and related work if they have changed.
- Describe your methodology – Methods section: your models, experimental setup, data, etc., – everything that describes the main thing you are doing.
- Report your results – (Experimental) Results section, – your tables, numbers, scores, ablations, etc. Make sure to mention your tables in the text and briefly summarize your main results.
- You can write a Discussion section. Here you can reflect on your results, speculate on why they might be better/worse than expected, report your challenges and obstacles, formulate the ways to improve your work that were out of your current scope, mention things that failed or that you wanted to try but didn’t manage to.
- Write a Conclusion – a concise paragraph (or a couple of paragraphs) summarizing your work and results. It might repeat the main ideas from the previous sections.
The page limit is 8 pages before references (do not go over it, but if your report is shorter, it’s fine).
The deadline for the report is 23:59 on January 17.
