Autonomous Vehicles Project 2020/21 fall

Research Track

In this track, students can take up a research project in any of the different areas in autonomous driving such as behaviour modeling and prediction, road-user interaction, mapping etc. Some possible projects include:

  • Human decision making vs. a machine in roundabout traffic
  • Lyft motion-prediction competition
  • The boundaries of map-based localization in autonomous driving

If students want to propose their own project, it can be discussed with the course responsible.

Deliverables

  • Mid-term presentation, report, and demonstration if applicable
  • Final presentation, report, demonstration if applicable, and code

Report should be in IEEE double-columns format. Latex and Word templates are available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
