Add a new course page to courses.cs.ut.ee:

  1. Go to the page https://courses.cs.ut.ee/, click "Log in" on top of the page.
  2. Log in with your UT username and password
  3. You will land on the My courses page.
  4. Choose "New course" from the sidebar.
  5. Fill in the required information, then click Save:
    • Choose the semester
    • Insert the Course code (E.g. LTAT.00.000)
    • Course name (in Estonian)
    • Course name (in English)
    • Course short name (short name and semester will be used in the course page URL)
    • Add editors if desired (UT usernames separated by comas)
  6. If everything was OK, your course will have been created, if not, you will see an error message describing what went wrong.
  7. Upon successful course creation you will once again land on the My courses page.
  8. You will now see your course in the table. Newly created courses are not published (ie. they are not displayed on the front page). You have to publish them (using the "Actions" menu ) after you have filled your course wiki with desired content.
