Registration to ESSCaSS 2024

Applications are submitted via the registration form at the following link:

Important Dates (TBC)

• Early bird registration: 15th June
• Late registration last deadline: 2nd of August
• Poster abstract submission deadline: 5th August

Fees

The participation fee is 400 EUR for early bird and 500 EUR later.

Fee includes:

• housing in small shared houses of the holiday village
• the lectures and school materials
• all catering and events related to summer school

Most organisations, like the Institute of Computer Science, the University of Tartu, will bulk pay the fees of all their PhD students and employees.

In case of a justified need, please get in touch with organisers for the possibility of getting scholarships to cover the fee partially.

MSc/BSc students interested in research are also welcome to participate in the summer school and may get registration support from their own university. If in doubt, contact your university or supervisor for funding opportunities. University of Tartu students can contact esscass@ut.ee .

Payments

Paying by invoice

If your registration fee will be covered by your institute please mark in the registration form the option "My institute will pay. Please issue the invoice to my institute". The administration of the summer school will contact your institute regarding the payment. If you will pay by yourself please mark the option “I will pay by myself. Please issue the invoice to me”.
