- Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands
- Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania
- University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FH Upper Austria), Austria
- University of Applied Sciences Vienna (UAS Technikum Wien), Austria
- Vilnius University of Applied Sciences (Vilnius College), Lithuania
Students from all participating partner universities are eligible to apply to the course. Students will be selected at each of these universities separately. Students interested in the course need to apply via their home university. They should contact their faculty or programme to verify whether it can fit in their curriculum and to ensure academic recognition of the credits obtained. The home university will select the permitted number of students, inform the students as soon as possible, and then send these names to the host institution. Unsuccessful students will be placed on a waiting list and may get a place, if other universities do not use all their allocated places.
Number of places available: at least 5 per partner university.
In addition to this, all partner universities will have lecturers taking part in the teaching and mentoring activities during the course.
Nomination deadline for the partner universities is 23.01.2026
Application deadline for participating students is 09.02.2026. More information about the registration process is sent directly to the accepted participants (students) once the nomination deadline has passed.
All accepted participants will be registered as visiting students in the University of Tartu (UT) for the course period, they will get UT credentials and they will be added to the Moodle course for the virtual learning part.

There will be a collaborative online introduction and kick-off session at the start of March 2026 - dates and program TBA
This is followed by an inspiration session and expert talks on European digital alternatives and entrepreneurial pathways in March 2026 - exact date TBA soon
