DESIGN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SEMINAR // Autumn 2025

Session 1 is an introduction to the Digital Product Management Seminar course. The second is a guest lecture from a practitioner of digital product management. In each of the remaining six sessions, students read and discuss articles and other readings before and during sessions, covered in session in student presentations as to a scientific publication or other task chosen and/or assigned. For each task at hand, check topic(s) under each session heading. Where appropriate, choose an article/topic for your presentation and register yourself in the respective group in the system / course page. For more detailed information, turn to General Course Information at the top of the course page.

Session 5: E-learning - Lightning Decision Jam // 06.11.2025 We will have this session a group homework, as to which you can decide when and how would you like to do the task. Instructions for carrying out your group homework as Lightning Decision Jam: A. Form groups of 3-5 people. B. Choose among your group members who will be your facilitator - the person who will keep time, interpret the instructions for the rest of the group. The facilitator in this home groupwork can take part in the jam as well. C. Choose your main topic. D. Choose a group-homework tool. We recommend you use Moodle as your group-homework tool, but you can choose another online learning tool if you prefer something else. Whatever tool should have some potential for improvements or some obvious problems. All the group members should be/become familiar with the tool. E. For process instructions, find the Mural board (link + PDF) F. Jam! -- Prepare as a group a 5-7 min. presentation. Describe your findings and focus on how to integrate your solutions (e.g. "Make solutions actionable"). Dedicate a few slides to reflect on the process: how did it go, what did you like, what would you do differently, etc. Meet deadline.
