Digital Product Management Seminar
This course provides a further exploration of the topics of managing digital products. The course builds upon the knowledge acquired in the Digital Product Management course by exploring topics related to digital product management. Its goal is to deepen the students' knowledge and understanding of the application of core components of digital product management.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, students will:
- Understand the main concepts of Agile methodologies
- Understand digital marketing principles and techniques
- Gain an understanding of different strategies for a product
- Explore and analyse principles of digitalisation in the modern world
- Analyse and present information about topics related to digital product management

Structure and Assessment
Structure
The course structure is mixed: some of the sessions are delivered in the form of short lecture and hands-on practice, others are organised in the form of presentations from students on a given scientific article. A number of guest lecturers will be given throughout the semester.
Student Presentations
Students are expected to read an article(s) on a given topic and create slides to further present the article(s) to fellow students. More information is available on Moodle.
Assessment
This course consists of 8 sessions. The course is non-differentiated (pass/fail). In order to pass a course, the students are expected to attend at least 5 out of 8 sessions, and submit the seminar slides and present them.
