Project
The course work includes a practical project that contributes 30% to the final grade. Projects can be done individually or in groups of up to 3 people.
Because the project must be completed in about half a semester, the task cannot be too large. Also, make sure that suitable training data is freely available. If you choose that option, you can consult either me (Kairit) or Kirill to make sure that your chosen task is suitable for the project.

Project Milestone V submission: new deadline 14.06.2020 23:59
The submission is open for Project Milestone V which is the final project report. There is no required template for the final project report but it should look like a technical report or an academic paper.
Make sure that your report has the following main sections:
- Introduction
- Related work
- Method
- Results
- Discussion and/or Conclusions
- References
Make sure to use proper referencing, i.e. in text citations and a list of references in the end that includes all works that have been cited in text. Whether you use Vancouver or IEEE or APA style or something else is not important - just pick one style and use it consistently.
Pay attention also to the clarity of writing, wording, spelling and grammar. Keep in mind that you are writing not for yourself but to your reader and put in effort to make reading and understanding the content as easy as possible.
When you are working in a group then please also describe how each group member contributed to the milestone. It's hard to give exact guidelines, but it should be visible from the submitted report that the teams working in groups have done roughly as much work per person as the teams with only one member.
