Registration has ended

1 Important Dates

• Early bird registration: July 8 (Sun)
• Notification: July 13th (Fri)
• Late registration last deadline: Aug 5 (Sun)
• Poster abstract submission deadline: August 10th (Fri)

2 Fees

The participation fee is 320 EUR for early bird and 380 EUR later.

Fee includes:

• the school materials,
• full board and lodging for the duration of the summer school,
• transportation to Roosta Holiday Village and back from Tallinn and Tartu by bus.

Students are expected to contact their supervisors or department heads about covering the registration fee.

ATTENTION!

Doctoral students who are members of ICT doctoral school either in the of Tartu University or Tallinn University of Technology - you do not have to pay registration fee. It will be covered from University of Tartu ASTRA project PER ASPERA Doctoral School of Information and Communication Technologies.

Please mark the option "I'm a member of ICT doctoral school. ICT doctoral school will cover my participation fee" in the registration form.

Supervisors, if you are supervising one or more of the ICT doctoral school members, your participation fee will also be covered from University of Tartu ASTRA project PER ASPERA Doctoral School of Information and Communication Technologies.

Masters' students are very welcome to participate in the summer school. University of Tartu ASTRA project PER ASPERA Doctoral School of Information and Communication Technologies will cover the participation fee of a limited number of master's students.

3 Payments

Payments can be made by credit card, by bank transfer or by invoice.

Paying by invoice

If your registration fee will be covered by your institute based on the invoice you don't need to fill the "Payment information form" below. In the registration form, you need to mark the option "My institute will pay. Please issue the invoice to my institute". Administration of the summer school will contact your institute regarding the payment.

Paying by bank transfer or with credit card

For paying the registration fee, please fill in the “Payment information form” (see the link below).

In case you need visa invitation, please tick the „Need invitation for visa“ box and enter information required for visa invitation.

Next tick the registration fee box and choose the payment option (“Pay with credit card” or “Pay by bank transfer”).

Paying by bank transfer

After clicking “Pay by bank transfer” a pop-up window “Data needed for invoice” will be displayed.

If you’ll be paying the registration fee for yourself, leave all boxes empty and click “Send data”.
The system will send a form with payment details for the bank transfer to your e-mail. Please use the data on the form to make the bank transfer.

If your registration fee will be paid by your institute, employer etc., please enter the data of the paying organization and click "Send data". The system will send a form with payment details for a bank transfer to your e-mail. Please forward the form to whoever is handling the participation fee payments in your institute, employer’s office etc., so they could use the data on the form for the bank transfer.

Paying with credit card

After you have filled in the data in the Payment information form you will be directed to the payment page of E-Commerce Payment Gateway interface, where you need to insert your credit card data (make sure pop-ups are enabled by your browser settings. Otherwise system cannot direct you). E-Commerce Payment Gateway interface authorizes the transaction at the bank through Nets Estonia AS.

After entering the card number, security code and expiry date, the payment is authorized by the client`s bank. When the system requests the card data, the SSL, MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa will be used, ensuring that the exchanged information cannot be copied or altered by unauthorized persons.
