Content
Main questions include:
- What are inductive biases and why they are needed for learning?
- What types of inductive biases do different machine learning models and brains have?
- What are the No Free Lunch theorems and are they relevant for machine learning practice?
- What are the implications of psychedelics and their effects on inductive biases in the brain?

Learning Environment
Seminars take place each week in person in Delta.
To Pass
- Every week: a) read the paper(s) about to be discussed and create a study diary entry (more details given in the 1st meeting), b) participate in the discussion.
- For one week of your choice: prepare and present the paper(s) for that date and lead the discussion.
