Guidelines for the demo

A. At the end of the demo, a person who is hearing and seeing you for the first time should be able to:

  • understand for whom and why the solution is built
  • understand what the solution is all about
  • see at least one of the core use cases demoed
  • understand the use case demoed
  • find your presentation engaging and interesting

B. Besides the content of the presentation, please pay attention to the following:

  • Demos take place on Zoom. You will find the exact schedule of the demos and the Zoom link here. Choose a free time slot and fill in your team’s name accordingly.
  • The total time of a demo session is 10 minutes. You have six minutes for your presentation, which includes running your demo (the primary focus) and 2-3 supporting slides. Please practice to ensure your presentation fits within this time. The remaining four minutes are reserved for questions and comments.
  • Audience: course coordinators, mentors, clients (please provide the Zoom link and your session time to your client; while their attendance is not required, it is encouraged), other teams (optional).
  • Please share your screen on Zoom for the demo.
