- Teams of 2-3 people (individual projects possible with good reason)
- Form teams, confirm topics with supervisors, and present your initial plan on May 18 (3-5 minutes, no results necessary)
- Poster session on June 21 at 12:00
What to prepare:
- An A0 poster showing what you did and the results you achieved. Include illustrations, metrics, examples when possible. Submit the PDF by 9AM on June 20 to have the poster printed
- A short talk about your work and results (5-7 minutes). You will also have the chance to talk about your project in more detail during the questions and discussion part
- A 1-2 page report, where you should answer these questions:
- What is the main result of your project?
- What did you learn while working on the project? What are the key takeaways for you?
- What were the main problems and challenges? Was there something that you tried but it didn't work, or something you wanted to try but didn't manage to?
