NLP seminar

The seminar theme is speech - speech recognition, speech synthesis, and other speech-related topics like speech translation and speech modeling. The aim is to get an understanding of the field: the task, challenges, approaches, and methods.
Requirements / Grading
To get a positive grade for the seminar you will need to:
- Read all of the papers and participate in the seminars.
- Prepare a 10-15 minute presentation and present it in one of the seminars (topics and list of papers are provided, but you are welcome to propose your own paper).
- Ask questions (3+) about two papers over the course of the seminar in order to lead the conversation about the paper. All students should participate in the discussion, not only the presenter.
