The homework is following:
Using housing data housing_data.csv predict the price of the house based on other features. Use your own judgement to select or create features for the model. Make the proper split on training and test set and don’t forget to declare the accuracy measures (e.g. MSE or RMSE). If only one model is tried - you get 1p.
- Try to improve your model via different sets of features, compare and choose the best (4p)
- Try either random forest or some other method for regression and compare the results (6p)
Note: when you divide on train and test, make sure that your test stays the same for all the compared models/versions of the feature sets (use set.seed(some number)).
